Our Story

DBRU was built in the field — not in a boardroom.

DBRU started in real estate, building and testing systems with actual deals, live sales teams, and real ad spend. We learned what works the hard way: by running campaigns, fixing broken CRMs, rebuilding pipelines, and coaching teams who had to perform.

Today, those lessons live inside LeadFlow OS, DBRU Academy, and our fractional leadership engagements. We don't just talk about systems — we run them every day.

Who is the best fit to work with DBRU?

Do I own my accounts, ads, and data?

Yes. You own 100% of your ad accounts, leads, and CRM data. We build and operate the system, but everything lives under your ownership. We don’t resell, repurpose, or touch your data outside of fulfillment.

How long does setup take?

Most LeadFlow OS builds are installed within 7–10 business days once we have assets and access. Licensing and deeper custom work can take a bit longer depending on scope.

Is there support after everything is built?

Yes. Every client gets onboarding videos, a support Slack channel, and optional weekly strategy calls. If you choose a Fractional CRO/COO engagement, we also drive the implementation with your team.
